Join us for a shoe drive and shoe distribution day for local students.
A pair of new athletic shoes is more than just protection for little feet. Shoes can help provide self-esteem, value, and confidence for a child.
June 1 - July 15, 2024: Collecting children’s athletic shoes (sizes 1-12) at several sites in Omaha.
Register to volunteer on August 3 as we distribute 500+ shoes to children at the Santa Lucia Festival in Omaha’s Little Italy.

Join the Thrivent Member Network - Nebraska Region for an educational day of history, heritage, and living generously at Arbor Day Farm in Nebraska City . Clients and their families are welcome to join us at this free event with access to select activities. Space is limited and registration is required.

Orphan Grain Train, Inc. 's donors and supporters ARE THE BEST! They generously gave $109,043.00 in donations! Add in the $20,000 match from Thrivent and the grand total comes to $129,043.
Orphan Grain Train, its workers, and volunteers truly are the hands of God, providing aid both domestically and internationally. The monies raised will help purchase requested food and supplies along with costs for cargo shipments to Maui to help families devastated from one of the worst US fires in years.
