Code of Conduct

At Thrivent, we are committed to acting with integrity in all of our business dealings. We have instituted a rigorous Code of Conduct that summarizes our policies, sets expectations for behavior and helps guide everyone affiliated with Thrivent.

We also have Code of Conduct at a Glance (PDF) (Spanish) which is a summary of our Code of Conduct that highlights our commitment to ethical behavior, responsibilities under the Code of Conduct and resources for employees and financial advisors with questions or concerns.

The Code of Conduct embodies the principles that underlie how Thrivent operates every day for the benefit of clients. Every Thrivent financial employee and Thrivent financial advisor is expected to review the code and pledge to abide by its guidelines.
