Client complaints

Written client complaints are handled through the Client Relations area at the corporate office. If you have a complaint that you have been unable to resolve, please complete our Client Complaint form (PDF) and return it to Client Relations.

If normal complaint-handling activities do not resolve the complaint, in lieu of litigation, clients are required (with some exceptions) to seek resolution of their disputes through the Member Dispute Resolution Program (PDF).
